Declan Salter Shows his Support for Balls to Cancer

The fantastic up and coming darts player Declan Salter has offered to wear the Balls to cancer logo on his shirt to help raise awareness.

Declan is 17yrs old and lives in Lowestoft suffolk. He has played competitive darts since he was 14. In those 3yrs he has come on leaps and bounds. He plays county darts for suffolk.

He was picked for suffolk after playing just 3 league games at 14yrs old. He plays superleague,which is the best dart players in suffolk.

His biggest coup is playing on pdc development tour,which he is at present.  This is playing against the best youth players in the world. The likes of michael van gerwan and michael smith came through the development tour. It is played over 5 weekends through the year. The top 64 qualify for world youth finals at the end of the year.

Declan is sitting in about 80th and playing well so hopefully he can climb up the positions. Declan is one of the youngest players on the tour,the age limit being 16-23.
